Our fleet is rigorously maintained and cleaned daily. All our boats have the mandatory safety equipment and the maximum number of life jackets. Life jackets are required on board for children under the age of ten. All sizes of lifejackets, children and adults, are available on request. We also provide a detailed map of the anchorages in the Gulf of Saint Florent, summarising the basic navigation rules.
For every rental, we duplicate a rental contract in the name of the holder(s) of the coastal licence. Each boat is insured for civil liability. Nevertheless, a deposit is compulsory at the signature of the contracts (to be deposited by check and not cashed). Then, we make a complete inventory of the boat in the presence of the person signing the contract and the holder(s) of the coastal licence. The list of all the equipment on board must be checked, as well as the fuel level and the boat's general condition. As the most sensitive part of the boat is the engine base and the propeller, it is advisable to take several photos before departure to avoid any misunderstanding on the return journey. At the end of the rental period, a counter-assessment is carried out onboard the boat before the deposit is returned. Any damage caused during the rental period may be deducted from the guarantee. This may concern the ship, the propeller and the motor base and the loss of the equipment supplied.
